OVERVIEW
The All-In-OnEnvelop Solution aims to streamline and expedite the issuance of Transcripts of Records (TOR) and diplomas for students at Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT), addressing delays in processing that often exceed the 3-day lead time. By providing graduates with their TOR and diploma immediately after graduation at no cost, the solution eliminates the need for duplicate processing, reduces waiting time, and enhances the ease of employability. This approach improves government operations and public trust by minimizing complaints, ensuring timely document release, and supporting overall process efficiency in the Office of the Institute Registrar.

PRODUCTIVITY PROBLEM
More than 50% of the requested TOR exceeds the 3-working day lead time, resulting in further delay in the release of TOR.

CHALLENGE STATEMENT
How might MSU-IIT ensure timely processing of the release of TOR to ensure ease of employability?

PROPOSED SOLUTION
The All-In-OnEnvelop Solution requires students to have both their TOR and diploma after graduation without payment (free) for employment. This will address duplication, extra processing, and waiting time.

BENEFITS / PRODUCTIVITY GAINS
The project will lessen the number of complaints about the long waiting time when requesting TOR at the Office of the Institute Registrar. Also, this will shorten the lead time of the release of TOR. It was realigned to improve connectivity and the purchase of SMART phones for digital learning.
