2024 FASTBREAK WORKSHOP SERIES: DESIGNING CITIZEN-CENTERED PUBLIC SERVICE

The 2024 Fastbreak Workshop Series: Designing Citizen-Centered Public Service (DCCPS) is a face-to-face training program where the participants will go through three phases: Upskilling, Pitching and Pilot-testing ensuring that their outputs commit to the reduction of service transaction hours and contribute to this year’s challenge, the 2024 Fastbreak: 100K Transaction Hours Reduced. 

This course incorporates the tools and methodologies of design thinking, service design, and design sprints through a holistic manner by analyzing client feedback and making the necessary changes to work processes, infrastructure, and channels to deliver value to the client.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

 ✔ Demonstrate an in-depth understanding about the principles and concepts of designing a citizen centered public service.

  ✔ Learn the key steps and tools for designing services around the client’s needs and expectations.

 ✔ Design and implement a process improvement project to contribute to the productivity challenge.

The 2024 Fastbreak Workshop Series: Designing Citizen-Centered Public Service (DCCPS) is designed to guide participants from National Government Agencies, State Universities and Colleges, Local Government units, Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations, Bureaus and attached agencies who perform tasks related to or are involved in the planning and implementing processes, improving operations, and/or providing smooth and quality frontline public service. 

A three-day workshop starting from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. The 2024 Fastbreak Workshop Series is happening on select dates, sign up by completing the Nomination Form, which can be downloaded below. We have limited slots for each batch and sign-ups are on a first come, first served basis. This course is FREE-OF-CHARGE and only requires the full commitment of the nominated participants.
